Mumbai: Pantomath Financial Services Group, a mid-market financial conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Abhishek Gupta as Managing Director & Chief Customer Officer. With over 25 years of diverse experience across financial services, retail, and telecom, Gupta is known for shaping iconic brands, driving customer-first growth strategies, and leading large-scale marketing transformations.
At Pantomath, Gupta will spearhead Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience across the Group’s flagship entities, including Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company, and Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited, among others.
Prior to joining Pantomath, Gupta served as Director & Chief Marketing Officer at Edelweiss Life Insurance for over seven years, where he played a pivotal role in creating a differentiated customer proposition and accelerating the company’s growth journey. His career includes leadership positions such as Senior Vice President & Head of Marketing at Edelweiss Group, Chief Marketing Officer at The MobileStore, and General Manager – Marketing at Bharti Retail.
