Bengaluru: Reliance Brands Limited has appointed Shruthi Ravishankar as Chief Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Vision Express, the optical retail chain. Ravishankar brings over a decade of cross-sector marketing experience spanning e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and food technology.
Prior to this appointment, Ravishankar served as Head of Brand Marketing at Curefoods, where she led brand strategy and go-to-market execution across a multi-brand portfolio covering D2C, retail, and franchise ecosystems in India and the UAE. Reporting directly to the founder, she managed annual brand marketing investments of ₹30–50 crore across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, while contributing to portfolio expansion and international market entry planning.
Her career in advertising includes stints at Motivator, Madison, and Essence. She also held roles earlier in her career at IBM India, Provident Housing, and Right Horizons.
Commenting on her new role, Ravishankar said retail has always been the space that fascinated her most, citing the blend of consumer behavior, storytelling, experience design, and business impact as what continues to draw her to the sector.
Vision Express operates as part of Reliance Brands Limited’s portfolio of retail and lifestyle brands in India.
