Salem: Sri Narasu’s Coffee Company Pvt. Ltd., has announced its strategic expansion into Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh as part of its structured pan-India growth plan for 2026-27. The company is strengthening its retail footprint and distribution network with plans to open new stores in Bengaluru and Amaravati while significantly expanding its distributor base across the southern region.
With a legacy spanning nearly a century, Sri Narasu’s Coffee currently operates 78 company-owned retail stores and offers 180 SKUs across 62 products spanning coffee, tea, and other FMCG categories. The company currently generates revenues of Rs. 641 crore and is targeting annual growth of 18-20%.
As part of its expansion strategy, Narasu’s aims to scale its distributor network from the current 42 distributors to nearly 150 by the end of the fiscal year. The company’s products are presently available through its own retail stores, modern trade outlets including D-Mart, Lulu, and Reliance, as well as e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.
The company has already launched its first retail outlet in Bengaluru, with another store in Amaravati expected to open over the next two to three months. Over the coming year, the brand plans to open approximately 10 to 15 stores across key southern markets.
Each retail outlet will showcase Narasu’s premium range of products including its signature coffee blends, instant coffee offerings, freeze-dried variants, tea, and other food products. The company’s instant coffee portfolio includes Pure Instant Coffee range, Master’s Extra Strong, Insta Strong Coffee range, and freeze-dried coffee products, catering to consumers across price segments with offerings ranging between Rs. 560 and Rs. 3340 per kg.
