Mumbai: The Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Co. Ltd. has appointed Sudeep Kumar as Vice President – Media Solutions. In his new leadership role, Sudeep will oversee revenue monetisation across the group’s print and events verticals, strengthening strategic initiatives and driving growth across key business units.
With over 25 years of experience within the Mathrubhumi Group, Sudeep has held multiple senior positions across India, contributing significantly to the organisation’s expansion and brand influence. The Mathrubhumi Group is one of India’s leading media conglomerates, comprising Mathrubhumi Daily, Mathrubhumi News TV, Kappa Originals, Club FM Radio, Mathrubhumi Online, Mathrubhumi Books, and 11 additional publications.
Sudeep began his career with Mathrubhumi in 1995 after completing his postgraduate degree in Business Administration, steadily rising through the ranks through his expertise in media, strategy, and client engagement.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he has also held prominent industry roles, including serving as President of the Advertising Club of Kochi. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Pepper Creative Awards Trust, reinforcing his longstanding involvement in the creative and advertising community.
