Gurugram: Sun Life has appointed Bianca Ilibasic as Managing Director of Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS), strengthening the leadership of its global capability centre operations across India and the Philippines.
Bianca previously served as Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Sun Life Asia, where she played a key role in advancing operational efficiency, accelerating digital transformation, and shaping the company’s AI roadmap.
In her new role, Bianca will oversee SLGS operations across India and the Philippines, providing strategic direction to teams spanning Technology, Operations, Analytics, Actuarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance. She will also lead efforts to further scale SLGS as a strategic enterprise capability supporting Sun Life’s operations across 28 global markets.
During her tenure in Asia, Bianca focused on strengthening shared platforms, improving straight-through processing, and driving scalable digital initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth and operational outcomes.
