Team Pumpkin has announced the promotion of Puja Nathani, who previously held the position of AVP – Strategy, to the role of Head of Human Resources. Nathani initially joined the agency as a graphic designer.
In her new role, Nathani will be responsible for human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion across all the offices.
At Team Pumpkin, Nathani worked on building the digital presence of numerous brands. This transition gradually led her to help establish Team Pumpkin’s branch in New Delhi. Following this, she spearheaded operations as the Business Head, leading a team of 40 in the location.
Speaking about her new role, Nathani, said, “Team Pumpkin has always had a great work culture. We have always had a people-first approach to our work. I am hoping to take that forward and add more value to the department and the organization at large. I am truly honored to be chosen for this role. I look forward to working with the team and strengthening our talent acquisition, people growth, and diversity and inclusivity policies further in the coming days.”
