Truecaller Ads names Archana Roche as Global Head of Measurement & Analytics

Bengaluru: Truecaller, the global communications platform, has named Archana Roche as its Global Head of Measurement & Analytics for its fast-expanding Ad Solutions business, underscoring the company’s focus on building a data-driven, performance-oriented advertising ecosystem.

The appointment signals Truecaller’s intent to make measurement a strategic cornerstone of its advertising offerings, enabling brands to achieve greater return on investment through full-funnel analytics, precise attribution, and transparent performance metrics.

Roche, who brings over 18 years of experience in digital measurement, ad effectiveness, and data strategy, joins from Aleph, where she served as Global Lead for Meta Measurement. At Aleph, she led marketing effectiveness initiatives across Europe, Africa, and APAC, championing methodologies such as incrementality testing, lift studies, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Her career also spans leadership roles at Tata Motors, Pidilite, and Future Group, giving her a mix of digital-first and traditional marketing expertise.

“Measurement will be a defining factor in the next phase of growth for Truecaller Ad Solutions,” said Roche. “We’re building a framework rooted in trust, precision, and accountability—ensuring every ad dollar delivers clarity and real business results.”

Hemant Arora, VP Global Ads Business at Truecaller, said Roche’s leadership will strengthen the platform’s analytics capabilities, integrating metrics across the customer journey from awareness to conversion. “This move reinforces Truecaller’s ambition to offer an insight-led advertising platform that delivers both scale and precision,” he added.

Truecaller’s Ad Solutions business leverages its monthly active user base of over 450 million to offer brands high-intent, verified, and contextually targeted engagement opportunities. With a privacy-first approach and brand-safe environment, the platform combines massive reach with actionable insights, aiming to set a new standard for advertising measurement and performance accountability.
