New Delhi: News Broadcasters Federation (NBF) wholeheartedly welcomes the decision of the Apex court to uphold the principle of personal liberty by directing the release of Mr. Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief and Managing Director of Republic Media Network, on Interim bail by quashing the Bombay High Court order. The bench also reiterated that no successive FIRs/complaints on the same cause of action shall be maintainable. NBF strongly believes that justice and truth always triumph in the end.
