Bengaluru: Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has appointed Barathi Srinivasan, KK Venkata, and Dnyanesh Nirwan as Managing Directors across its Business Transformation Services and Infrastructure & Capital Projects practices, further strengthening its India operations and sector expertise.
All three leaders will be based in Bengaluru and their appointments come as A&M continues to expand its footprint in India, including the recent expansion of its Bengaluru office. Prior to joining A&M, he held leadership roles at Oliver Wyman, McKinsey & Company, and Kearney.
Meanwhile, Dnyanesh Nirwan joins A&M’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice, bringing over 24 years of experience in advising clients on complex capital programs spanning power, EPC, transportation, and real estate. His expertise includes cost optimisation, schedule acceleration, and AI-enabled project delivery. Before A&M, he spent nine years at McKinsey & Company, most recently serving as Associate Partner.
