Mumbai: LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has marked its 37th Foundation Day with the launch of a new brand campaign titled “Har Ghar Ka Humsafar”, celebrating its legacy of enabling homeownership and strengthening its connection with Indian families.
Established in 1989, LIC Housing Finance has emerged as one of India’s leading housing finance institutions, supporting millions of customers in fulfilling their aspiration of owning a home. The company said the anniversary campaign reflects its continued focus on trust, commitment, and customer-centric growth.
As part of the celebrations, LIC Housing Finance unveiled a soulful brand anthem voiced by renowned singer Sonu Nigam. The musical campaign seeks to capture the emotional significance of homeownership and reinforce LIC HFL’s positioning as more than a housing finance provider — highlighting its role as a long-term companion in customers’ home-buying journeys.
The campaign underscores the idea that a home represents more than a physical asset, symbolising aspirations, security, and a better future for families.

Speaking on the occasion, Tribhuwan Adhikari, MD & CEO of LIC Housing Finance Limited, said, “As we celebrate 37 years of our journey, we take immense pride in the trust that millions of families have placed in us. A home represents far more than a physical structure, it symbolizes security, aspirations, and the promise of a better future. Through our ‘Har Ghar Ka Humsafar’ campaign, we celebrate these emotions and reaffirm our commitment to being a dependable partner in every customer’s homeownership journey.”
Over the years, LIC Housing Finance has continued to expand access to housing finance through customer-focused offerings, digital innovation, and initiatives aimed at inclusive growth. The company said it remains committed to empowering aspirations and advancing financial inclusion as it enters its 38th year of operations.
With “Har Ghar Ka Humsafar”, LIC Housing Finance aims to strengthen its emotional connection with consumers while reinforcing its long-standing mission of helping generations of Indians turn their dream of homeownership into reality.
