Mumbai: Neysa, a purpose-built AI Compute and Acceleration Cloud provider, has announced the appointment of veteran business technology leader Anup Purohit as Strategic Advisor. The move comes as enterprises increasingly seek scalable artificial intelligence infrastructure and cloud capabilities to support their digital transformation initiatives.
With more than three decades of experience across global and Indian enterprises, Purohit brings extensive expertise in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and large-scale IT modernization to Neysa’s leadership ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Purohit has held several senior leadership positions, including Global CIO at Wipro, Group CIO at YES Bank, Head of IT at RBL Bank, and technology leadership roles at Barclays and JPMorgan across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. He has led complex technology programs, managed large enterprise environments, and guided organizations through multiple phases of digital transformation.
In his role as Strategic Advisor, Purohit will work closely with Neysa’s leadership team to support the growth and adoption of Velocis, the company’s AI Acceleration Cloud System. He will provide strategic guidance on enterprise technology priorities while helping strengthen Neysa’s engagement with organizations building AI as a core business capability.

Purohit currently serves as an Additional Director and Strategic Advisor at Spliceforms and has advised boards, regulators, and leadership teams across financial services and technology organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, has completed the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal programme at Harvard Business School, and is a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
