Payoneer simplifies cross-border payments with ‘Global Payments, Simply Done’ campaign targeting Indian SMB growth

Mumbai: Payoneer has launched its latest campaign, ‘Global Payments, Simply Done’, aimed at simplifying cross-border transactions for Indian small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), as global trade participation continues to rise.

Announced on April 30, 2026, the campaign positions Payoneer as a trusted platform enabling SMBs—particularly service exporters and eCommerce sellers—to manage international payments with greater ease, reliability, and confidence. It addresses persistent challenges such as handling multiple currencies, delayed payments, limited tracking visibility, and managing multiple financial accounts.

Built on the insight that global payments need not be complex, the campaign reflects real-world scenarios faced by growing businesses. Through relatable storytelling, it highlights how Payoneer reduces friction in cross-border transactions while supporting seamless global expansion.

Commenting on the launch, Gaurav Shisodia, Vice President and Country Manager, Payoneer, India said, “As more Indian SMBs expand across borders, global payments have become an important part of their day-to-day business. But for many, the experience can still involve chasing clients, juggling currencies, and tracking payments across multiple platforms. With ‘Global Payments, Simply Done’, we wanted to highlight these everyday challenges and reinforce Payoneer as a trusted platform that makes global payments simpler and more reliable for growing businesses.”

The campaign rollout comes at a time when Indian SMBs are increasingly seeking efficient and secure cross-border payment solutions. India’s total exports of merchandise and services reached US$714.73 billion in FY2025–26 (April–January), with MSMEs contributing 48.58% of exports, underscoring the scale of opportunity in this segment.

Developed in collaboration with Pepper as the content and creative agency, and Apparently A Film Studio as the production partner, the campaign comprises three films, each focusing on a key aspect of the cross-border payment journey.

The first film highlights timely payments, reducing the need for constant follow-ups. The second showcases the ease of managing multiple currencies and global transactions through a single platform. The third reinforces trust by emphasising Payoneer’s marketplace integrations and over two decades of expertise in cross-border payments.

The campaign will be amplified across digital platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, along with a dedicated landing page. With this initiative, Payoneer aims to strengthen its positioning as a reliable partner for Indian businesses navigating global growth.
