Havas acquires Tidart to Elevate Performance Marketing Offerings

This strategic acquisition reinforces Havas’ global leadership in performance and e-commerce while advancing its expansion strategy in Spain, a key market for the Group, by strengthening the capabilities and reach of Havas Market, Havas Media Network’s global e-commerce proposition.

Havas acquires Tidart to Elevate Performance Marketing Offerings

Mumbai: In a move that reinforces its global capabilities in digital performance and e-commerce, Havas has announced the acquisition of Tidart, an independent Spanish digital performance agency. This strategic acquisition enhances Havas Market—the global e-commerce offering of Havas Media Network—and bolsters the Group’s expansion efforts in Spain, a key market for the Group.

Tidart will continue operating under its own brand and retain its existing operational structure while integrating into Havas Market. The agency’s team of over 40 professionals will join Havas Village Madrid, with Antonio Ramírez, CEO of Tidart, remaining at the helm to ensure continuity of the agency’s proven performance model.

Founded in 2012, Tidart is widely recognized for its innovative, technology-driven approach to digital planning and paid media solutions. From strategic media planning and buying to execution, Tidart offers tailor-made campaigns built around proprietary tools that optimize advertising spend across the conversion funnel.
