Mumbai: Honasa Consumer Limited has expanded its leadership bench with the appointment of Dheeraj Nagpal and Madhur Acharya as the company sharpens its focus on building and scaling new-age consumer businesses.
The appointments come at a time when the digital-first beauty and personal care company is accelerating its efforts to identify emerging consumer trends and develop future-ready categories for the Indian market.
Madhur Acharya joins Honasa with more than a decade of experience in scaling digital-first consumer brands across beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce segments. In his new role, he will focus on creating and developing new categories aligned with changing consumer behaviour and digital consumption patterns.
Before joining Honasa, Acharya served as Vice President – E-commerce at Lenskart, where he played a key role in expanding brands including Aqualens. His previous stints also include leadership roles at WOW Skin Science and Forest Essentials, contributing to brand growth and strengthening digital commerce capabilities.

Meanwhile, Dheeraj Nagpal has been brought on board to lead and expand new categories for the company. Nagpal brings over 15 years of experience spanning growth strategy, partnerships, consumer businesses, and brand building.
Prior to joining Honasa, Nagpal co-founded wellness startup Zingavita, where he led brand strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives. He has also held leadership positions at Zomato and American Express.
