L&T Finance unveils AI Microsite to boost SME visibility with business loan campaign

Mumbai: L&T Finance Ltd. (LTF), a retail financier empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs), has unveiled an innovative AI-powered microsite — www.LTFGameChanger.in — as part of its ongoing business loan campaign, ‘Aapke Business Ka Game Changer’.

The dynamic microsite offers entrepreneurs a unique platform to create personalised business posters and taglines, featuring none other than brand ambassador Jasprit Bumrah. This initiative enables users to celebrate their businesses in style and share their posters across social media. Selected participants may even find themselves featured in LTF’s upcoming Out-Of-Home (OOH) campaigns.

“Our intuitive microsite showcases our dedication to empowering customers beyond just offering financial solutions. We are celebrating game changers in businesses by leveraging new-age AI tech as it allows them to craft their business tagline and generate a personalised business poster featuring Jasprit Bumrah. It not only helps them significantly enhance their visibility but also prominently places their business in the spotlight, powered by our Business Loans,” said Kavita Jagtiani, Chief Marketing Officer, LTF.

With this launch, LTF becomes one of the early movers in India’s BFSI sector to integrate AI-powered personalization into a customer-centric campaign. The microsite is complemented by real customer testimonials featured on LTF’s website and YouTube channel, showcasing success stories powered by LTF’s business loans.

The campaign debuted with a TV commercial highlighting LTF’s business loan benefits — including a fully digitized process, quick disbursal, and app-based withdrawals. It has also been amplified via an extensive outdoor and print presence, including hoardings, airport branding in Mumbai and Delhi, and ads in inflight magazines.

The integrated marketing campaign spans seven cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Jaipur — reinforcing LTF’s commitment to empowering India’s business game changers through innovation, visibility, and impact.
