This year, Ultra participated with 2500+ Films, 17,500+ Television episodes & 4000+ minutes of Animation content across various genres from their rich stable. They also opened up International Integration Rights for their new Marathi & Hindi OTT Apps: Ultra Play, Ultra Gaane and Ultra Jhakaas.
As a tribute to filmmaker Guru Dutt’s 100th birth anniversary, Ultra also revealed the fully restored versions of his movies. This is a celebration of Indian creativity, its past, present and future and a step towards inspiring global audiences”. The Company also unveiled its latest animation features, The Tarbo – An Action-Adventure Drama & The Jungle Boy – an episodic series of a gripping tale of survival, friendship, and self-discovery.
Through a frame-by-frame 4K/2K manual restoration process, using industry-leading software’s like Diamant, PF Clean, Revival etc Ultra has revitalized these old classics for future generations. This initiative is a part of the Company’s broader commitment to preserve India’s cinematic heritage and share it with the world. The slate of content offered by Ultra this year represents decades of storytelling excellence, designed to meet the evolving needs of global broadcasters, OTT platforms, and digital distributors.
Ultra has been regularly participating in ‘The Festival de Cannes’ for a few years now. The Company is extremely contented with the global response they have been receiving all these years. At Cannes 2025, Ultra will host exclusive industry meetings to explore content licensing, co-productions, restoration collaborations, and digital partnerships, reaffirming its role as a bridge between Indian creativity and global audiences.
