Mumbai: Chirag Alawadhi, Co-Founder and CEO of The Leapfrog Network, has announced his departure from the creative agency after a three-year tenure. Alawadhi, a digital marketing veteran, is now setting his sights beyond traditional agency operations to focus on content ecosystem building, consulting, and marketing innovation.
Alawadhi shared the news via a personal note on LinkedIn, writing, “After 9 years of building businesses, I’m now focused on building the infrastructure and knowledge systems that will empower the next generation of marketers and entrepreneurs.”
This marks the next phase in Alawadhi’s professional journey, which began as a solo agency founder and culminated in co-founding The Leapfrog Network in December 2021. Under his leadership, the agency earned a reputation for innovative digital storytelling and robust community-building strategies.
Notably, Alawadhi clarified that his next chapter is not about starting another agency. Instead, he plans to work more broadly across the marketing spectrum—consulting for brands and agencies, developing strategic tools, and shaping content systems that scale across geographies.
With over 1,300 campaigns delivered, revenues crossing $7 million, and content networks amassing 10 million+ followers, Alawadhi has partnered with marquee brands like EMAMI, Lenskart, Airtel, OTT Play, Reliance, and Tata Motors.
Reflecting on his journey, he described it as a “real-world MBA in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and resilience,” highlighting the grind of working with limited resources and the rewards of building long-term client relationships.
“This isn’t goodbye to the industry that shaped me – it’s a shift toward deeper impact,” he added, signaling his intention to stay deeply connected to the marketing world, albeit in a more strategic and transformative capacity.
The Leapfrog Network, which has seen steady growth since its inception, continues to operate with a strong team and remains focused on delivering purpose-led brand engagement. Alawadhi’s exit is expected to open up new leadership opportunities and fresh creative direction for the agency as it enters its next growth phase.
